Welcome to my marshmallow collection. These utterly gorgeous creations are fluffy and light, and a world away from the pink and white sweets you may be familiar with. Please understand that I have nothing at all against the standard mallow, but while you can eat them with little regard to actual flavour and texture, artisan marshmallows are for savouring. I particularly enjoy when I am able to persuade self-professed marshmallow haters to not only try, but also to buy!

My marshmallows are made gluten free and fat free, and in most cases egg free too, but some of the flavours that I add to produce the finished products may not be, so please check the detail.

All these marshmallows contain gelatine but if you are vegetarian or vegan, please head to my Vegan Collection where your mallow yearnings will be satisfied.

My mallows have a shelf life of 3 to 4 weeks, and I like to get them to you as fresh a possible.
