The initial reactions when people see my Very Boozy Fudge range listed on my blackboards at markets is laughter and a few nudges, almost as if there is something naughty about it, which of course there is! I am probably not alone in feeling disappointed when I buy some supposedly alcohol infused confectionary, only to find I can barely identify the tipple. You won't have that problem here I promise you, but this fudge is strictly Adults Only please - don't eat and drive!
